Gale C. Paschkes, Vice President & Controller Gale began her career in the title insurance industry in 1981 with USLIFE Title in Houston, Texas as staff accountant. In 1982 Gale went to be an Internal Auditor for US Home Corporation conducting home builder and land development audits. Gale then in 1986 began as Assistant Controller for SAFECO Title Insurance which was acquired by Chicago Title Insurance Company in 1987 and was heavily involved with managing escrows for large commercial real estate transactions. In 1994, Gale joined Old Republic National Title as Regional Internal Auditor conducting agency and direct title division audits and went on to become Vice President and Controller for Houston Title Company, now known as Old Republic Title of Houston. 1n 1998 Gale joined Stewart Title as Vice President and Controller for two divisions, a real estate information service provider of products nationwide and a title insurance agency. In 2005 Gale relocated to Florida and was Controller for First Florida Title which was subsequently acquired by Universal Land Title where Gale was Escrow Manager for Florida, Texas, Colorado and Arizona. Gale has been extensively involved with regulatory agencies and complex treasury issues. Gale graduated from the University of Houston in 1981 with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting.
