Jeffrey S. Lender, Esq., Vice President Prior to the merger, Jeffrey served as Settlement Department Director for Kensington National Land Services since 2005. At Kensington, Jeffrey oversaw a department handling thousands of real estate transactions a year from closing to funding. Jeffrey also founded his own law firm, Lender & Associates, P.C., to represent Buyers, Sellers and Banks in real estate transactions in New York and New Jersey. Prior to joining Kensington, Jeffrey was an Associate Attorney at Tarter, Krinsky & Drogin wherein he represented Banks and Individuals in all aspects of real estate transactions. Jeffrey received his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University in 2001 and he graduated with a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Maryland in 1998. Jeffrey is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
