Lawrence E. Boes, Esq., General Counsel Larry has more than 17 years experience managing real estate transactions in New York as well as nationally. Prior to joining KV National, he worked as Executive Vice President at Lincoln Land Services, spent eight years at Stewart Title Insurance Company as a Vice President, Senior Counsel and NY Metro Manager and as Counsel for Title Associates, Inc., a Stewart Title division specializing in the underwriting of all types of commercial and residential transactions. Larry has also practiced in all phases of commercial real estate law, including purchasing, sales, financing and leasing, while working as an associate in the real estate departments of major New York City law firms Thacher Proffitt & Wood, Sidley LLP and Sidley’s predecessor in NY, Brown & Wood. Mr. Boes holds a B.A. from Hamilton College and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. He is admitted to the Bar of New York and is a member of the New York State and Westchester County Bar Associations.
