Erica joined Kensington Vanguard in 2016 as Human Resources Director and has since expanded her leadership scope into her current role as Chief Administrative Officer. In this role, she provides strategic and operational oversight across human resources, training and development, marketing, and organizational operations. She partners with executive leadership to align people, processes, and policies with the organization’s long-term goals, while ensuring effective day-to-day execution, operational excellence and a positive employee experience.
Prior to joining Kensington Vanguard, Erica worked at Fab as a manager of accounting and human resources, gaining experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented e-commerce environment.
Erica holds a B.S. in Business Management from Adelphi University and an M.S. in Human Resources from Nova Southeastern University, graduating with honors. She is a member of Sigma Beta Delta International Honor Society and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
