Matthew joined Kensington Vanguard in 2017 as Manager of the National Residential Settlement Division. He assumed his current role as Executive Vice President of Residential Division Operations in 2019, where he oversees all residential operations including clearance and settlement in addition to managing the funding department. Since joining the firm, Matthew has helped streamline many different processes within the residential division to help build efficiencies and create synergies throughout all of the branch office locations. He has been a vital piece to the firm’s residential expansion and tremendous growth.
Prior to joining Kensington Vanguard, Matthew was the Vice President of Business Operations at EAM Land Services for four years where he managed a settlement team which serviced many large institutional lenders such as Citibank, Wells Fargo and JPMorgan Chase. Before his tenure at EAM, Matthew worked for additional large, national agencies where he held similar roles. Matthew has over 18 years of experience in the title and settlement industry.
Matthew received a B.S. in Philosophy from SUNY Oneonta.
