Tyler joined Kensington Vanguard in 2021 as the controller and was elevated to lead all finance and accounting operations by early 2024. In this role, he manages all accounting, treasury, forecasting and financial analysis for Kensington Vanguard and all of its managed entities and subsidiaries.
Prior to joining Kensington Vanguard, Tyler served as a financial analyst at Philips International, a large private real estate investment/management firm focused on both NYC commercial and residential properties. Additionally, he has five years of experience in public accounting at Friedman LLP and Myers, Brettholtz & Company PA, focusing on audit services for real estate firms of various sizes.
Tyler received his B.A. in Economics from Macalester College and his M.S. in Accounting and Taxation from Florida Gulf Coast University.
