Pam joined Kensington Vanguard in 2024 to launch the firm’s Chicago office. She has nearly two decades of experience in commercial real estate and a proven track record of successfully closing complex transactions across the country. Pam is known for her service-driven approach and has played a key role in some of the largest and most sophisticated real estate transactions in the United States.
Prior to joining Kensington Vanguard, Pam spent 18 years at First American Title Insurance Company, where she was named Major Transactions Managing Counsel and Vice President, National Commercial Services in 2018.
Pam’s practice focuses on multi-site and multi-state transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing of commercial real estate. She regularly underwrites and leads teams on large-scale and complex transactions, including corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, distressed assets, and non-traditional financing structures.
A trusted advisor to leading REITs, private equity firms, and sovereign wealth funds, Pam is also a frequent speaker on title insurance and real estate matters. She has lectured nationally on topics including non-imputation coverage, portfolio transactions, ground leases, and insuring non-traditional financing.
She received her J.D. from the Loyola University Chicago School of Law, with a concentration in tax law.
