In 2008, Brian co-founded Kensington Vanguard National Land Services after merging Kensington National Land Services with Vanguard Title Agency. Prior to the merger, Brian served as Principal and Chief Executive Officer of Kensington National Land Services since 2002.
At Kensington, he built a national title insurance, settlement and 1031 exchange company recognized as a leader in both the commercial and residential segments of the market.
In 1998, Brian began his career working at Morgan Stanley’s New York City office within the Investment Banking Division. As a member of the Retail Industry Corporate Finance team, which advised companies on debt and equity financings, he worked on transactions such as the $2.0 billion Secondary Equity Offering of Kohlberg Kravis & Roberts’ stake in Safeway. In 2000, Brian relocated to Morgan Stanley’s London office where he joined the European Consumer Products Corporate Finance team and focused on Mergers & Acquisitions.
In addition, Brian serves on the University of Michigan Ross School of Business Advisory Board, the AIPAC Real Estate Executive Council and is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization New York City chapter.
He graduated with Distinction from The University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
